This is a portrait of a child, her mother, her grandmother and her great grandmother

From each side can be seen a mother, a daughter and a granddaughter ….. but they change identity from one side to another

And the words describe what a mother thinks of her daughter and a daughter thinks of her mother …across four generations

The choice of images, as well as the choice of words, says something about the one described, but also about the one doing the describing

None of them knew the words that the others had chosen, but it is remarkable how often the same characteristics are highlighted. Some of them cross all four generations.
