There are two statements.

The statement on the left appears to be clear Except that the word ‘not’ appears to have been recently painted and there is no way of knowing what is underneath it. Each word is formed on a separate three-dimensional canvas

The statement on the right is less clear. It is a negative version of the other side and is written backwards It seems to be formed on some type of electronic devices, each of which has expanded or contracted to accommodate the size of its display. One of the devices appears to be switched off or not functioning correctly.

Behind each display there is a smaller scale message, whispering in the background.

Between these two statements there is a double-sided mirror. It provides an alternative view and acts like a filter or an x-ray to interpret the statements on each side of it.
