This is the third in a series of works which explore the world of dance

This piece is a mobile

The first stage was a small maquette

Then followed a different version placing the mobile in front of a framed surround

The final, full scale piece, locates the mobile inside the frame space. The figures move in and out of the space, in front and behind the picture plane

Elements of the figures combine and re-combine in different permutations

The piece in motion attempts to mirror the movement, rhythm and freedom of dance
